Here is a thesis that my friend Bob Dunn created in 2007. His excellent writings are about the rise and fall of the medium of shortwave broadcasting. This subject is dear to my heart as I fell in love with shortwave ("SW") at a very early age. I have spent literally every day listening to worldwide shortwave broadcasts and see with some sadness the changes in worldwide news and information dissemination.
